以提升职业素养为导向的机能学实验教学实践路径与实施

摘要 探索以提升职业素养为导向的机能学实验教学实践路径。教学过程采用线上+线下混合式教学设计,共建专业课和思政课教师教学团队,深入挖掘机能实验学课程蕴含的思政元素,设计系列教学活动,在实验动物操作、原始数据记录、结果讨论分析、第二课堂活动、社会实践等过程中,融入家国情怀、职业认同、敬佑生命、团队协作、诚实守信等元素,充分发挥课内实验过程和课外实践过程所承载的育人功能。课内课外联动的教学模式可实现知识传授与价值引领的统一,有助于培养学生高尚职业情操、科学严谨的工作态度、提升医学生的人文素养和职业道德素养。 This paper explores the practical path of functional experimental teaching with the aim of enhancing professional literacy.The teaching process adopts a online and offline blended teaching design,establishes a teaching team of professional and ideological and political education teachers,deeply excavates the ideological and political elements contained in the functional experimental courses,and designs a series of teaching activities.In the process of experimental animal operation,original data recording,result discussion and analysis,second class activities,social practice,etc.,the elements of family and country feelings,professional identity,respect for life,team cooperation,honesty and trustworthiness are integrated,and the education function carried by the experiment process in class and the practice process outside class is fully brought into play.The teaching model that links in-class and out-of-class activities can achieve the unity of knowledge impartation and value guidance,which helps to cultivate students'noble professional sentiments,rigorous scientific work attitude,and enhance the humanistic and professional ethical literacy of medical students.
