RBL联合Seminar教学法在医学学术型硕士培养中的应用

摘要 现阶段医学学术型硕士研究生培养的教学模式不能满足当今社会对科研人才的需求,亟需作出改革。以探究为基础的教学法(research based learning,RBL)联合研讨会(Seminar)教学法的教学模式,强调在教师引导下,构建开放式、学生主动参与并开展讨论的学习模式。首先,高校可围绕当前研究热点设置相关课程或者举办专题讲座,开拓学生思维,提高学生科研能力;其次,教师可以引导学生有效利用网络数据库发现问题以及充分探讨和交流实验过程中遇到的诸多问题;再次,针对科研论文写作,需改变传统的大学英语写作教学模式;最后,通过阶段性考核、成果汇报、问卷调查等方式对RBL联合Seminar教学法进行质量评价。通过RBL联合Seminar教学法的教学模式,医学学术型硕士研究生能够积极、主动地发现问题,通过和教师、同学之间讨论交流分析问题,并运用合适的实验方法解决问题,从而培养严谨的科研思维,提高学生的创新能力。 Medical academic postgraduate training model can not meet the demand for scientific research talents in today's society,and it is urgent to reform.The training mode combined with research based learning(RBL)combined with seminar teaching method emphasizes students'active participation and discussion under the guidance of teachers.First of all,universities can set up relevant courses or hold special lectures around the current research hotspots to open up students'thinking and improve their scientific research ability.Secondly,teachers can guide students to effectively use the network databases to solve scientific problems,and fully explore and communicate problems encountered in the experiment process.Thirdly,it is necessary to change the traditional teaching mode of college English writing in order to better write scientific research papers.Finally,the quality of RBL combined with seminar teaching method was evaluated by means of stage assessment,achievement reporting and questionnaire survey.Through RBL combined with seminar teaching method,students find problems actively and proactively,analyze problems by discussion and communication with teachers and classmates,and solve problems by using appropriate experimental methods,thus cultivating rigorous scientific research thinking and improving innovation ability.
