摘要 ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT早期动态显像描述了^(18)F-FDG自注射时间起在空间和时间上的分布,实时反映早期血流灌注和代谢情况,借助动态PET显像的动力学建模,用于脏器(或病灶组织)早期代谢的定量评估,可作为PET/CT常规全身静态显像的有益补充。该文将通过^(18)F-FDG PET/CT早期动态显像及建模在肺部疾病诊断和疗效评估中应用的研究进展对其进行系统阐述。 ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT early dynamic imaging describes the spatial and temporal distribution of^(18)F-FDG from the time of injection,reflecting the early blood perfusion and metabolism in real time,with the help of dynamic PET imaging for dynamic modeling.Quantitative assessment of early metabolism of organs(or lesion tissues)can be used as a useful supplement for PET/CT routine whole-body static imaging.In this paper,the research progress of early dynamic imaging and modeling of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in the diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of lung diseases will be systematically expounded.
