关节镜下小切口手术与传统内固定复位术用于胫骨平台骨折的对比研究

Comparative Study of Small Incision Operation Under Arthroscopy,and Traditional Internal Fixation and Reduction for Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的:分析关节镜下小切口手术与传统内固定复位术在胫骨平台骨折中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2022年12月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的30例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,根据临床术式不同将患者分为实验组和对照组,每组各15例。实验组患者选择关节镜下小切口手术,对照组患者选择传统内固定复位术,对比两组患者膝关节活动情况以及患者经过手术治疗后的效果和患者手术治疗的具体情况,统计患者并发症发生情况。结果:术后,实验组患者膝关节活动情况明显比对照组好,差异有统计学意义(t=10.697,P<0.05);实验组患者治疗有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.396,P<0.05);实验组患者各项指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.963、10.758、5.361、3.792、5.921、11.742,P<0.05);实验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.932,P<0.05)。结论:针对胫骨平台骨折患者使用关节镜下小切口手术相对于传统内固定复位术能够更好地改善关节活动度,提高治疗效果及手术各项指标,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To study the effect of arthroscopic small incision surgery and traditional internal reduction in tibial plateau fracture.Methods:30 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Xinxiang Medical College from January 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.The experimental group selected arthroscopic small incision surgery,and the control group selected traditional internal fixation reduction.The knee joint activity of the two groups,as well as the effect of the patients after surgery and the specific situation of the patients after surgery,was compared.The incidence of complications of the patients were counted.Results:The knee joint activity of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.697,P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.396,P<0.05).Each indicator of the experimental group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.963,10.758,5.361,3.792,5.921,11.742;P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.932,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional internal fixation reduction,for patients with tibial plateau fracture,arthroscopic small incision surgery can better improve joint motion,treatment effect and surgical indicators,and reduce complications.
