快速康复外科护理模式联合全面护理对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者生活质量的影响

Effect of A Rapid Recovery Surgical Nursing Model Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on Quality of Life in Elderly Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨快速康复外科护理模式联合全面护理对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年10月鹰潭市人民医院收治的80例老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复外科护理模式联合全面护理。比较两组干预前后的生活质量、心理状态、术后恢复情况及并发症发生率。结果:干预后,观察组世界卫生组织生存质量量表(WHO-QOL)各项评分均高于对照组,抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间、首次进食时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者采用快速康复外科护理模式联合全面护理能够提升生活水平,缩短恢复时间,缓解不良心理,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of rapid recovery surgical nursing model combined with comprehensive nursing on the quality of life of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with comprehensive nursing.The quality of life,psychological state before and after intervention,postoperative recovery and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the scores of World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHO QOL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time to exhaust gas,the first time to get out of bed,the time to stay in hospital and the time to eat in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 22.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing combined with comprehensive nursing for elderly laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can improve the living standard,shorten the recovery time,alleviate bad psychology,and reduce the incidence of complications.
