基于希望理论的干预方案对乳腺癌患者化疗期间心境状态及癌因性疲乏的影响

Effect of Intervention Program Based on Hope Theory on Mood State and Cancer-related Fatigue in Breast Cancer Patients during Chemotherapy

目的:探讨基于希望理论的干预方案对乳腺癌患者化疗期间心境状态及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法:选取江西省肿瘤医院自2020年3月—2022年2月收治的乳腺癌化疗患者,按照就诊时间顺序分为对照组(2020年3月—2021年2月),共156例,给予常规干预,观察组(2021年3月—2022年2月),共110例,在对照组基础上实施基于希望理论的干预方案。对比两组干预前后心境状态、癌因性疲乏及生活质量,同时观察患者对不同干预的依从性。结果:干预3、6、9周,观察组较对照组简式心境状态量表(POMS-SF)评分、癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评分均低,生命质量测定量表(FACT-B)评分均高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比依从性较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于希望理论的干预方案应用在乳腺癌化疗期内可明显改善患者的心境状态,减轻癌因性疲乏,提高生活质量,且患者对此干预方法的整体依从性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effects of intervention program based on hope theory on mood state and cancer-related fatigue in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy.Method:Breast cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to Jiangxi Cancer Hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and,according to the order of treatment time divided into control group(March 2020 to February 2021),a total of 156 cases were given routine intervention;observation group(March 2021 to February 2022),a total of 110 cases,on the basis of the control group,the intervention program based on hope theory was implemented.The mood state,cancerrelated fatigue and quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups,and the compliance of patients with different interventions was observed.Result:Intervention for 3,6,9 weeks,the scores of the profile of mood state-short form(POMS-SF),cancer fatigue scale(CFS)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast(FACT-B)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the intervention program based on the hope theory can significantly improve the mood state,reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients during the period of breast cancer chemotherapy,and the overall compliance of patients with this intervention method is high.
