基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理结合个体化心脏康复护理对心脏搭桥术后患者心理弹性及康复情况的影响

Effects of psychological nursing based on focused solution mode combined with individualized cardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological resilience and rehabilitation of patients after cardiac bypass surgery

目的探讨基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理结合个体化心脏康复护理对心脏搭桥术后患者心理弹性及康复情况的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的82例心脏搭桥术后患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例,常规护理)和观察组(41例,基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理结合个体化心脏康复护理)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的乐观、自强及坚韧评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVDs)小于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理、心理及社会关系评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于聚焦解决模式的心理护理结合个体化心脏康复护理有助于改善心脏搭桥术后患者心理弹性,提高依从性及生活质量,促进心功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing based on focused solution mode combined with individualized cardiac rehabilitation nursing on psychological resilience and rehabilitation of patients after cardiac bypass surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients after cardiac bypass surgery admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(41 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(41 cases,psychological nursing based on focused solution mode combined with individualized cardiac rehabilitation nursing)by random number table method.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of optimism,self-improvement and tenacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVDs)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the physiological,psychological and social relationship scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing based on focused solution mode combined with individualized cardiac rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve the psychological resilience of patients after cardiac bypass surgery,elevate compliance and quality of life,and promote the recovery of cardiac function,which is worthy of promotion.
