基于气阴两虚夹瘀运用五参汤治疗肺癌术后发热浅析

Analysis on Application of Wushen Decoction for Fever After Surgery of Lung Cancer Based on Dual Deficiency of Qi and Yin Complicated with Blood Stasis

肺癌术后发热有非感染性发热与感染性发热之分,在气虚、阴虚、瘀血阻滞病理状态下形成热蕴状态,是为非感染性发热;而术中感染或外感风寒入里化热则形成感染性发热表现。其基本病机均可概括为气阴两虚夹瘀。五参汤具有益气养阴、清热解毒之功,为证属正气亏虚、外感邪毒者而设,用于肺癌术后发热契合其病机。

The fever after surgery of lung cancer can be infectious or non-infectious.The former is that the heat accumulation is formed under the pathological states of qi deficiency,yin deficiency and obstruction of blood stasis;the latter is usually caused by the intraoperative infection or heat transformed by external contraction of wind and cold entering the interior.The basic pathogenesis can be summed up in dual deficiency of qi and yin complicated with blood stasis.Wushen Decoction can boost qi and nourish yin,and clear heat and resolve toxins,which is for patients with depletion of healthy qi and external contraction of pathogenic toxin and fits the pathogenesis of fever after surgery of lung cancer.
