构建现代乡村产业体系,是推进农业农村现代化和乡村全面振兴的重要内容和举措。在经济高质量发展的背景下,应当充分发挥科技创新对构建现代乡村产业体系的引领作用。这一引领作用的本质是新质生产力加快形成并融入乡村产业的过程,在实践中表现为科技创新促进乡村产业全要素生产率提升、全产业链建设和一二三产业深度融合,在力量上以农民为主体,在根本目标上突出共享共富。科技创新引领现代乡村产业体系构建,是历史发展的必然,是适应中国当前发展阶段的科学选择和回应现实需要的必然结果,体现了理论逻辑、历史逻辑和实践逻辑的统一。不过,科技创新引领现代乡村产业体系构建仍然在人才、资金投入、产业经营、基础设施和公共服务、体制机制等方面受到较多约束,农业科技创新能力有待提升,其引领作用也受到阻碍。未来应从完善农业科技人才培养体系、加大资金投入,改善乡村产业经营、推进乡村产业链创新升级,推进基础设施和公共服务提档升级,深化产权制度改革、完善共建共享共富机制等方面共同发力。
