摘要
渤海浅部主力含油气层系逐渐步入开发的中后期,为实现浅层油气藏的高效开发,钻完井作业面临作业再提速、井漏、防碰及劣质储层产能释放等新难题。通过科技攻关和技术创新,形成马达深钻一趟钻提速技术、钻井风险高效管控技术、储层产能释放增产技术、水下井口及采油树系统等关键技术体系,基本实现浅层油气藏钻完井技术的第三次突破。总结了渤海浅层油气藏高效开发钻完井技术,并分析了渤海油田钻完井面临的在生产油气田稳产、新发现油气田高产、受限区油气田开发等难点,探讨了渤海浅层油气藏高效开发钻完井技术的发展趋势及技术研究方向,可为渤海油田可持续高质量发展提供参考。
The development of the main shallow oil-bearing layers in the Bohai Sea has entered the middle and late stages.During the efficient development of shallow oil and gas reservoirs,the drilling and completion operations are faced with new issues related to speed acceleration,leakage,anti-collision,and production release of low-quality reservoirs.Through technology breakthroughs and innovation,the key technology series were developed,including speed acceleration technology of deep one-trip drilling with motors,efficient control technology of drilling risks,production release and production increasing technology for reservoirs,and subsea wellhead and subsea Christmas tree system,realizing the third breakthrough in drlling and completion technologies for shallow oil and gas reservoirs.The efficient drilling and completion technologies for shallow oil and gas reservoirs in Bohai Sea were summarized,and the difficulties affecting the stable production of existing oil and gas fields,the high production of newly explored oil and gas fields,and the development of oil and gas fields in restricted areas during drilling and completion of Bohai Sea were analyzed.Moreover,the development trend and research direction of the efficient drilling and completion technologies for shallow oil and gas reservoirs in the Bohai Sea were discussed,providing a reference for sustainable and high-quality development of the Bohai Sea.
