摘要
黄庭坚一生与茶结下了不解之缘。其贬官于蜀地所作的《煎茶赋》,是宋代唯一以茶事为主轴的作品,反映了宋代丰富的茶文化现象,具体体现在:宋代“煎茶”与“点茶”混用的情形,呈现感官评鉴与名茶次第,批评唐代以来的饮茶观念并创新饮茶养生的方法。
Huang Tingjian had an indissoluble bond with tea throughout his life.His Ode of Boiling Tea(Jian Cha Fu),written while he was relegated to Shu(Sichuan)area,is the only work in the Song Dynasty that focuses on tea matters.The ode has a rich cultural connotation of tea in the Song Dynasty.This is specifically manifested in its mixed use of“boiling tea”(Jian Cha)and“preparing tea”(Dian Cha),presentation of the sensory evaluation and ranking of famous teas,criticism of the tea drinking concepts since the Tang Dynasty,and innovation in the method of drinking tea for health preservation.
