摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症(postmenopausal osteoporosis,PMOP)是雌激素水平下降,导致骨代谢平衡破坏,引起的全身性骨骼疾病。其导致的骨折是老年患者致死致残的主要原因。随着老龄化进程的加快,我国PMOP的发病率逐渐增加,带来了一系列社会问题。近年来,中药复方治疗PMOP的优势逐渐凸显,其分子机制受到越来越多学者的关注。文章通过综述中药复方治疗PMOP的分子机制的研究进展,为未来临床治疗提供新的思路。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a systemic bone disease caused by a decrease in estrogen levels,which leads to a disruption of bone metabolism.The fractures caused by PMOP are the main cause of death and disability in elderly patients.With the acceleration of the aging process,the incidence of PMOP in my country has gradually increased,bringing about a series of social problems.In recent years,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of PMOP have gradually become prominent,and its molecular mechanism has attracted the attention of more and more scholars.This article reviews the research progress of the molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound in the treatment of PMOP,in order to provide new ideas for future clinical treatment.
