Research Progress on Therapeutic Formulas for Pulmonary Nodules

肺结节是临床常见疾病,目前西医治疗肺结节手段单一,尚无特效药物治疗,一般采取定期随诊。中医药在肺结节的治疗中具有独特优势,且安全性高、不良反应少。作者就中医药治疗肺结节古今常用方剂及理气、软坚、化痰、活血散结中药的研究进展进行概述,以期为临床运用中医药治疗肺结节提供新思路和参考。

Pulmonary nodules are common clinical diseases.Currently,Western medicine has only a single method to treat pulmonary nodules,and there is no specific drug treatment.Regular follow-up is generally adopted.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of pulmonary nodules,and it is highly safe and has few adverse reactions.The author summarizes the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions commonly used in the treatment of pulmonary nodules and traditional Chinese medicines for regulating Qi,softening hard masses,resolving phlegm,and promoting blood circulation and dispersing nodules,in order to provide new ideas and references for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
