不同温度对华山松种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘要 为探索温度变化对华山松种子萌发及幼苗生长的变化特征。将种子置于(15±2)℃,(20±2)℃,(25±2)℃和(30±2)℃等4个温度处理下,研究种子的发芽率和发芽过程中可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白以及幼苗生长状况。结果表明,不同温度对华山松种子萌发和幼苗生长产生显著的影响,随着处理温度的升高,种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数,幼苗的根长、茎长和干物质呈先升高后降低的趋势,SOD,POD和CAT活性呈先降低后升高的趋势。因此,在(25±2)℃下培养的华山松种子发芽率最好,幼苗的生长状况最佳,是较为适合的发芽温度。 To explore the effect of temperature change on seed germination and seedling growth of Pinus armandii.The seeds were treated at(15±2)℃,(20±2)℃,(25±2)℃ and(30±2)℃ to study the germination rate,soluble sugar,soluble protein and seedling growth.The results showed that different temperatures had significant effects on seed germination and seedling growth.With the increase of treatment temperature,seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,root length,stem length and dry matter of seedlings increased first and then decreased,and SOD,POD and CAT activities decreased first and then increased.Therefore,the seed germination rate of Pinus armandii cultured at(25±2)℃ is the best,and the growth of seedlings is the best,which is a more suitable germination temperature.
