西昌白鱼雅砻亚种人工繁殖及苗种培育技术初探

摘要 为给予西昌白鱼的大规模培育提供技术保障,以西昌白鱼雅砻亚种为研究对象,在雅砻江锦屏官地水电站鱼类增殖站,利用野生亲鱼进行人工繁殖,成功培育出鱼苗。结果显示:西昌白鱼亲鱼对促黄体激素释放激素类似物(LHRH-A_(2))、马来酸地欧酮(DOM)、绒毛膜促性腺激素催产组合物较敏感,催产率为100%,催产效应时间24 h,繁殖最适宜温度在14℃以上;鱼苗在年度为5~18℃水温情况下,全长与年龄关系生长方程为y=8.1227lnx+5.9131,R^(2)=0.9999,体质量与年龄关系生长方程为y=1.7066x^(2.6762),R^(2)=0.9961。 To provide technical support for the large-scale cultivation of Anabariliusliui yalongensis,this paper took Anabariliusliui yalongensis as the research object.Through experiments at the fish breeding station of the Jinping Guandi Hydropower Station on the Yalong River,Fish fry were successfully cultivated by artificial breeding of wild parent fish..The results showed that the parent fish of Anabariliusliui yalongensis are more sensitive to luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogues(LHRH-A_(2)),dexamethasone maleate(DOM),and chorionic gonadotropin oxytocin combination.The oxytocin rate is 100%,the oxytocin effect time is 24 hours,and the optimal breeding temperature is above 14℃.The growth equation for the relationship between the total length and age of fish fry under annual water temperature of 5 to 18℃ is y=8.1227lnx+5.9131,R^(2)=0.9999,the growth equation for the relationship between weight and age is y=1.7066x^(2.6762),R^(2)=0.9961.
