摘要
为探究种衣剂对不同温度下水稻种子发芽及光合色素含量的影响,对湘岳占种子进行包衣处理,设置了25,30,35℃这3种处理,采用光照培养法,测定湘岳占包衣种子在不同温度处理下的发芽势、发芽指数、百株鲜质量、百株干质量、光合色素含量等指标。结果表明:30℃温度下的湘岳占种子各萌发特性与幼苗生长特性均达到最高值;30℃温度下,种衣剂对湘岳占种子发芽及光合色素含量均有促进作用,但随着温度提高,促进作用有所降低;与未经种衣剂处理过的湘岳占种子相比,种衣剂处理过的湘岳占种子各萌发性状及幼苗生长指标值明显增大;随着温度的上升,种衣剂可提高湘岳占幼苗各光合色素含量;种衣剂对湘岳占播种后第14天的苗高与根长具有促进作用。研究结果表明,种衣剂可促进水稻种子萌发,并提高叶片光合色素含量,为种衣剂调控水稻种子发芽机制提供了基础。
In order to investigate the effect of seed coating agent on germination and photosynthetic pigment content of rice seeds at different temperatures,three kinds of coating treatments were used to determine the germination potential,germination index,fresh weight of 100 plants,dry weight of 100 plants and photosynthetic pigment content of Xiangyuezhan coated seeds at different temperatures.The results showed that seed coating agent could promote the germination of rice seeds and increase the photosynthetic pigment content of leaves,which provided a basis for the regulation of rice seed germination mechanism.
