核心素养导向下高职院校高技能人才培养的优化路径研究

Research on the Optimal Path of the Cultivation of High-Skilled Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Guidance of Core Literacy

核心素养是高职院校高技能人才为适应职业发展、终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。核心素养不仅是高职院校人才培养质量的重要标志,也是高职院校高技能人才适应未来发展的基石保障。核心素养导向下高职院校高技能人才培养存在政策引导乏力、核心素养重视不足、课程体系固化、核心素养融入不足、教师能力薄弱、核心素养培养受限、评价体系僵化以及核心素养评估缺失等问题。因此,应强化高技能人才核心素养培养的政策引导,重构技能和素养“双核心”的模块化课程体系,有效提升教师队伍的核心素养培养能力,建立以核心素养为导向的多元评价体系。

Core literacy is the essential character and key ability for the high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of career development,lifelong development and social development.Core literacy is not only an important symbol of the cultivation of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,but also the cornerstone and guarantee for the high-skilled talents to meet future development in higher vocational colleges.Under the guidance of core literacy,there are some problems in the cultivation of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,such as weak policy guidance,underemphasize on core literacy,inflexible curriculum system,insufficient integration of core literacy,inadequate teaching ability,constrained cultivation of core literacy,rigid evaluation system and lack of evaluation of core literacy.There⁃fore,it is necessary to strengthen the policy guidance of the cultivation of core literacy for high-skilled tal⁃ents,reconstruct the modular curriculum system of"dual core"of the skills and literacy,effectively improve teacher’s ability for the cultivation of the core literacy and establish a core literacy-oriented multiple evalu⁃ation system.
