大型公立医院应急医院建设实践与探索

Practice and Exploration of Emergency Hospital Construction in Large Public Hospitals

2024年全国医疗应急工作会议明确提出,要持续加强紧急医学救援体系和能力建设,做好突发事件医疗救治,实现医疗应急工作高质量发展。在分析医疗应急救援体系建设现状的基础上,以广东省第二人民医院、国内首家应急医院建设实践为例,探索构建大型公立医院医疗应急救援新模式,其中包括3种能力:平急结合转换能力、区域医疗救援统筹能力、立体多能化应急救援能力;2项规范:人才培养规范、管理体系规范。最后提出加强应急医院建设的建议。

The National Conference on Medical Emergency Work in 2024 clearly puts forward the need to continuously strengthen the construction of emergency medical rescue system and capacity,does a good job in medical treatment of emergencies,and achieves high-quality development of medical emergency work. On the basis of analysing the current situation of medical emergency rescue system construction,taking the construction practice of the first emergency hospital in China in Guangdong Second People's Hospital as an example,it explores the construction of a new model of medical emergency rescue in large public hospitals,including three kinds of capabilities:the ability to transform the combination of level and emergency,the ability to integrate regional medical rescue and coordination, and three-dimensional multifunctional emergency rescue capabilities;and two norms: norms for talent training and norms for the management system. Finally,it puts forward suggestions for strengthening the construction of emergency hospitals.
