摘要
选取青岛市档案馆为研究对象,对青岛市档案馆智慧服务质量进行评价。研究发现,青岛市档案馆在智慧服务信息内容和信息技术方面发展得相对较好,而在信息人和信息环境方面需要进一步改善。青岛市档案馆智慧服务信息内容的服务呈现、信息技术的交互有效性、信息人中的档案工作人员、信息环境的外部环境是制约青岛市档案馆智慧服务进一步发展的主要因素。其中,信息人中档案馆工作人员的个性化和人性化服务、服务呈现的移情性、信息技术平台的交互易用性、外部环境中的政府规范规章制度是重点影响因素。
Qingdao Municipal Archives was selected as the research object to evaluate the quality of intelligent archives services.It is found that Qingdao Municipal Archives has developed relatively better in terms of information content and information technology of intelligent services,while further improvement is needed in terms of information people and information environment.The service presentation of the information content of Qingdao Municipal Archives'intelligent service,the interactive effectiveness of information technology,the archival staff of the information people,and the external environment of the information environment are the main factors that restrict the further development of Qingdao Municipal Archives'intelligent service.Among them,personalized and humanized services by the archival staff of information people,the empathy of service presentation,the user-friendliness of the information technology platform,and the governmental regulations in the external environment are the key influencing factors.
