档案学本科生数据素养培养研究——从全国高校档案学专业大学生创新性课外科技作品展谈起

Research on the Cultivation of Data Literacy of Archives Undergraduates:Talking from the Exhibition of Innovative Extracurricular Scientific and Technological Works of Undergraduates in Archival Science

建设数字中国背景之下,数据已成为社会发展的重要因素,数据素养成为高质量档案学人才培养的内在要求。档案学本科生是未来档案人才的生力军,2016年以来教育部高等学校档案学专业教学指导委员会面向在校本科生已组织四届全国高校档案学专业大学生创新性课外科技作品展,文章结合这些作品以及所反映出档案学本科生的数据素养状况,从时间、广度、深度三个维度提出需将数据素养持续贯穿于人才培养全程、将数据素养多向融入人才培养目标、将数据素养深度融合于课程体系建设三个方面提升本科生数据素养。

Under the background of digital China construction,data has become an important element of social development,and data literacy has become an inherent requirement for developing high-quality archival talents.Archives undergraduates will be the main force of archival talents in the future.Since 2016,the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Archives Teaching Steering Committee has organized four national exhibitions of innovative extracurricular scientific and technological works for archival science undergraduates.Based on these works,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:data literacy should be implemented throughout the whole process of talent cultivation,be integrated into cultivation goals in multiple ways,and be deeply integrated into the curriculum system.These suggestions are propounded from dimensions of time,breadth and depth.
