肺康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effects of Pulmonary Rehabilitation on Lung Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:研究肺康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者肺功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月航天中心医院收治的110例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各55例。对照组予以布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以肺康复治疗。对比两组肺功能指标及生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速、6 min步行试验水平升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疾病影响、活动能力、呼吸症状、总分降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以常规药物为基础,采用肺康复治疗COPD稳定期患者的效果较好,可改善肺功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation on lung function and quality of life in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten patients with stable COPD admitted to the Aerospace Center Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with fifty-five patients in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation,and the experimental group was treated with pulmonary rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Pulmonary function indexes and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the 1st second forced expiratory volume,forced vital capacity,1st second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate and 6 min walking test levels of both groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the disease impact,mobility,respiratory symptoms and total score were decreased in both groups,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional drugs,pulmonary rehabilitation can improve lung function and quality of life in stable COPD patients.
