瑞马唑仑全身麻醉在甲状腺切除术中的应用效果分析

目的:分析瑞马唑仑全身麻醉在甲状腺切除术中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月—2023年6月于贵州省人民医院拟行全身麻醉下甲状腺切除术的患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组使用丙泊酚进行全身麻醉,研究组使用瑞马唑仑进行全身麻醉。对比两组脑电双频谱指数、改良警觉/镇静评分、麻醉时间、苏醒时间、麻醉恢复室(PACU)停留时间、术后苏醒时谵妄发生率、术中体动发生率、注射痛发生率、血管活性药物使用率。结果:镇静后1、3、30、60 min,两组脑电双频谱指数、改良警觉/镇静评分低于给药前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组麻醉时间、苏醒时间、PACU停留时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后苏醒时谵妄、术中体动、注射痛发生率及血管活性药物使用率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞马唑仑应用于全身麻醉下甲状腺切除术中的镇静效果显著,可缩短麻醉时间、苏醒时间、PACU停留时间,保障患者术中安全。

Objective:To analyze the effect of remimazolam general anesthesia in thyroidectomy.Methods:A total of eighty patients who planned to undergo thyroidectomy under general anesthesia in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from September 2018 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with forty patients in each group.The control group received general anesthesia with propofol,and the study group received general anesthesia with remimazolam.The EEG bispectrum index,modified alertness/sedation score,anesthesia time,recovery time,PACU stay time,postoperative delirium incidence,intraoperative body movement incidence,injection pain incidence,and vasoactive drug use rate were compared.Results:At 1,3,30 and 60 min after sedation,the EEG bispectral index and modified alertness/sedation score of the two groups were lower than before administration,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the anesthesia time,recovery time and PACU residence time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of delirium,intraoperative movement,injection pain and the utilization rate of vasoactive drugs in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam has a significant sedative effect in thyroidectomy under general anesthesia,which can shorten the anesthesia time,recovery time and PACU residence time,and ensure the safety of patients during surgery.
