葛根汤联合调经促孕针法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Gegen Decoction Combined with Acupuncture for Regulating Menstruation and Promoting Pregnancy on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨葛根汤联合调经促孕针法治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月于北京京顺医院接受治疗的PCOS患者64例为研究对象,基于随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上予以葛根汤加减治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合调经促孕针法治疗。对比两组患者性激素水平、临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组促黄体生成素、促卵泡生成激素、睾酮、雌二醇水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组促黄体生成素、睾酮水平低于治疗前,促卵泡激素、雌二醇水平高于治疗前,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0389)。结论:葛根汤联合调经促孕针法治疗PCOS的效果显著,可以有效改善患者性激素水平,调节月经周期和排卵状况。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Gegen Decoction combined with acupuncture for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Sixty-four patients with PCOS who received treatment in Beijing Jingshun Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group based on random number table method,with thirty-two cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was treated with Gegen Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with the acupuncture method of regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy on the basis of control group.The sex hormone levels and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone and estradiol between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone and testosterone were lower than before treatment,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0389).Conclusion:Gegen Decoction combined with acupuncture for regulating menstruation and promoting pregnancy can effectively improve the level of sex hormones and regulate the menstrual cycle and ovulation of PCOS patients.
