优质护理在经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术后患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing in Patients after Coronary Intervention by Transradial Artery Puncture

目的:观察优质护理在经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年8月于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院平谷区医院接受经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术治疗的患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组,各45例。常规组术后实施常规护理,观察组在常规组基础上实施优质护理。比较两组遵医行为、健康知识知晓情况、术后并发症发生情况、焦虑情绪、生活质量。结果:护理后,两组遵医行为、健康知识知晓评分提高,观察组高于常规组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组(P=0.024);护理后,两组焦虑自评量表评分降低,健康状况调查简表评分升高,观察组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:给予经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术后患者行优质护理,可有效改善其遵医行为及健康知识知晓情况,降低并发症发生风险,缓解焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing in patients after coronary intervention by transradial artery puncture.Methods:A total of ninety patients who received coronary intervention by transradial artery puncture in Capital Medical University Affiliated Beijing Friendship Hospital Pinggu District Hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into routine group and observation group,forty-five cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing after operation,and the observation group received high quality nursing based on the routine group.Compliance behavior,health knowledge awareness,postoperative complications,anxiety and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of compliance behavior and health knowledge of two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group(P=0.024);after nursing,the score of self-rating anxiety scale decreased and the score of health status survey brief table increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing of patients after coronary intervention by transradial artery puncture can effectively improve their compliance behavior and health knowledge,reduce the risk of complications,relieve anxiety and improve quality of life.
