In order to explore the health management status of medical staff from the perspective of"preventive treatment of disease"of TCM,this paper made an in-depth analysis of the concept of"preventive treatment of disease"of TCM and the concept of health management.This paper summarizes its specific application and puts forward the method of promoting the concept of"preventive treatment of disease"in the health management of medical staff,so as to provide guidance for strengthening the quality of health management.
