中国特色社会主义进入新时代,高校党建工作在贯彻落实党的教育方针、提升党组织战斗力、增强党员干部的宗旨意识方面具有重要意义,结合当前高校中存在的党委顶层谋划不足、党建与业务融合不够、信息化手段不多等问题,探索“三色引擎”新机制,创新“党建+X”双融合,打造“数字党建”主阵地,推动高校党建工作创新提质。

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,party building in colleges and universities is of great significance in implementing the party’s educational policy,enhancing the fighting power of party organizations,and strengthening the sense of purpose of party members and cadres,combined with the problems of insufficient top-level planning of the party committee,insufficient integration of the party building and business,and insufficient information means,the paper explores the new mechanism of“Three-color Engine”,and innovates the integration of“Party Building+X”,to create the main position of“Digital party construction”and promote the innovation and quality of party construction in colleges and universities.
