Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultural Education in University Libraries under the Background of Universal Reading

全民阅读背景下高校图书馆文化育人工作有助于形塑学生正确的价值观,提升学生的综合素养,培养其终身学习意识。目前,高校图书馆文化育人工作开展过程中存在青年馆员对图书馆文化了解不足、图书馆员管理理念缺乏现代化意识、馆藏资源分配失衡弱化育人效果、图书馆优秀文化提炼及挖掘不足、图书馆工作人员专业度有待提高等问题。高校图书馆应优化馆藏资源结构,充分发挥文化引领效用;构建完善的育人平台,提升学生的综合素养;提供人性化服务,充分发挥文化管理效用;开展多元育人活动,扩大文化辐射范围;打造优秀人才队伍,提升图书馆服务质量。

The cultural education work of university libraries under the background of universal reading helps to shape students’correct concepts,enhance their comprehensive literacy,and cultivate lifelong learning awareness.At present,there are problems in the cultural education work of university libraries,such as insufficient understanding of library culture by young librarians,lack of modern awareness of library management concepts,imbalanced allocation of library resources,weakened educational effects,insufficient extraction and excavation of excellent library culture,and the need to improve the professionalism of library staff.Based on this,this article focuses on optimizing the structure of library resources and fully exerting the role of cultural guidance;building a comprehensive education platform to promote students to enhance their comprehensive literacy;providing humanized services and fully leverage the effectiveness of cultural management;carrying out diverse educational activities and expand the scope of cultural radiation;and build an excellent talent team and improve the quality of library services.
