强国必先强农,农强方能国强。新质生产力是以创新催生质优的生产要素、以产业为载体、以高质量发展为旨归的新型生产力。新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展,既能培育农业发展的新动能,又能塑造农业新业态。然而,农业研发投入不足、农村科技人才缺失、农业附加价值低、农业生产方式粗放等制约农业的高质量发展。因此,要以科技创新为根本动力,提高农业生产效率;以乡村人才为第一资源,盘活人力资源;以数智赋能为重要特征,促进产业链融合;以绿色转型为鲜明导向,发展绿色低碳农业。

A strong country must first strengthen agriculture,and a strong country can only be strong when agriculture is strong.New quality productivity is a new type of productivity that is based on innovation to generate high-quality production factors,with industry as the carrier and high-quality development as the goal.The high-quality development of agriculture empowered by new quality of productivity can both cultivate new momentum of agricultural development and shape the new industry.However,insufficient investment in agricultural research and development,the lack of rural scientific and technological talents,low agricultural added value,and rough agricultural production methods,etc restrict the high-quality development of agriculture.Therefore,we should take scientific and technological innovation as the fundamental driving force to improve agricultural production efficiency;take rural talents as the first resource to revitalize human resources;take digital and intellectual empowerment as an important feature to promote industrial chain integration;and take green transformation as a distinctive orientation to develop green and low-carbon agriculture.
