摘要
目的:采用大孔树脂分离纯化橙汁饮料中黄酮类化合物。方法:采用吸附-解吸方法,用紫外可见分光光度法测定橙汁饮料中总黄酮含量。结果:总黄酮在0~50 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数r^(2)=0.9998,相对标准偏差RSD<3%,加标回收率在93.6%~103.2%。结论:大孔树脂能有效分离橙汁饮料中的黄酮类化合物,方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性和稳定性好。
Objective:Macroporous resin was used to isolate and purify flavonoids from orange juice beverage.Methods:The content of total flavone in orange juice beverage was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry using adsorption-de⁃sorption method.Results:The linearity of total flavonoids was good in the concentration range of 0-50 mg/L,the correlation coefficient r^(2)was 0.9998,the relative standard deviation RSD was less than 3%,and the recovery rate was 93.6%-103.2%.Conclusion:Macroporous resin can effectively separate flavonoids from orange juice beverage.The method is simple to op⁃erate,with high sensitiving,good reproducibility and stability.
