摘要
随着工业和建筑行业的发展,工人的安全意识日益增强,安全帽作为一种重要的个人防护装备受到广泛应用。基于此设计了一种基于OpenMV的安全帽检测系统。对此采用OpenMV作为图像处理平台,设计系统的硬件架构,并搭建相应的传感器和控制模块,通过使用OpenMV内置的机器学习算法,实现对安全帽的实时检测与识别。有效提高了安全帽佩戴的监测效率和准确性,同时能够在复杂环境中迅速判断工人是否佩戴安全帽。
With the development of the industrial and construction industry,the safety awareness of workers is increasing,and the safety helmet is widely used as an important personal protective equipment.Based on this,a safety helmet detection system based on OpenMV is designed.In this regard,OpenMV is adopted as the image processing platform,the hardware architecture of the system is designed,and the corresponding sensor and control module are built.By using the machine learning algorithm built in OpenMV,the real‑time detection and recognition of the hard hat are realized.Effectively improve the monitoring efficiency and ac‑curacy of helmet wearing,and can quickly determine whether workers wear helmets in complex environments.
