人工智能时代森林防火专业人才培养途径探讨

Discussion on the Cultivation Path of Forest Fire Prevention Professionals in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

摘要 随着人工智能技术快速发展和广泛应用,人类社会逐步进入一个以智能化为核心的新时代。以智能化技术为主导的人工智能时代特征要求人才培养提高创新和跨学科整合能力。在这一背景下,森林防火人才培养面临着新挑战和机遇,高校人才培养模式强调人机结合,需培养具有新时代思维且具备解决复杂问题的创新性森林防火专业人才。通过讨论人工智能对传统教育模式的冲击,指出了在这一背景下森林防火专业人才培养的必要转变,包括从知识传授向能力培养的转变,以及从专业技能训练向综合素质提升的转变。提出了一系列人才培养创新策略,包括课程体系重构、教学方法创新、评价体系多元化以及终身学习体系建立。通过这些策略,旨在培养出能够适应未来社会发展需求的高素质人才,为人工智能时代的持续进步和社会的全面发展做出贡献。 With the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence technology,human society has gradually entered a new era centered on intelligence.The characteristics of the AI era dominated by intelligent technology require talent training to improve innovation and interdisciplinary integration capabilities.In this context,the training of forest fire prevention talents is facing new challenges and opportunities,and the talent training model of colleges and universities emphasizes the combination of man and machine,which needs to cultivate innovative forest fire prevention specialists with thinking in the new era and the ability to solve complex problems.In this paper,the impact of artificial intelligence on the traditional education model was discussed,and the necessary transformation of forest fire prevention personnel training was pointed out in this context,including the transformation from knowledge transfer to ability training,and the transformation from professional skills training to comprehensive quality improvement.A series of innovative talent cultivation strategies are proposed,including the reconstruction of the curriculum system,the innovation of teaching methods,the diversification of the evaluation system and the establishment of the lifelong learning system.Through these strategies,it aims to cultivate high-quality talents who can adapt to the future needs of social development and contribute to the continuous progress of the AI era and the comprehensive development of society.
