相变储热材料相变过程对含瓦斯煤解吸特性的影响研究

摘要 煤体瓦斯解吸速率慢易引起煤与瓦斯突出事故,且温度对瓦斯的解吸过程有重要的影响,提高温度能够明显提高瓦斯解吸率。基于此规律,选取相变温度为58℃的无机相变蓄能材料,采用对比实验,研究不同含量相变材料的相变过程对煤体的温度影响范围,同时,将相变材料应用到吸附解吸实验中,获得相变过程中温度变化对煤体瓦斯解吸量与解吸速率的影响。结果表明:加入相变材料后,已完成解吸过程的含瓦斯煤会重新解吸出瓦斯,最终稳定的解吸量为1.709 cm^(3)/g,增加了0.185 cm^(3)/g,占正常条件下解吸量的12.14%,说明相变材料的加入可提高煤样的解吸率。 The slow desorption rate of coal body gas causes coal and gas outburst accidents.Temperature influences the gas desorption process:the temperature increase significantly improves the gas desorption rate.Based on the law,selecting an inorganic phase change energy storage material with a phase change temperature of 58℃,we conducted comparative experiments to study the temperature influence on the coal body caused by the phase change process of the phase change material with different contents.At the same time,the phase change material was applied to adsorption and desorption experiments to obtain the effect of temperature changes on the desorption capacity and desorption rate of coal gas in the phase change process.The results showed that after adding the phase change material,the gas-containing coal that had completed the desorption process would desorb gas again.The final stable desorption capacity was 1.709 cm^(3)/g,which was increased by 0.185 cm^(3)/g and accounted for 12.14%of the desorption capacity under normal conditions,indicating that the adding phase change material could improve the desorption rate of the coal samples.
