妊娠期胶质母细胞瘤治疗中的伦理思考

Ethical Considerations in the Treatment of Gestational Glioblastoma

妊娠期胶质母细胞瘤的治疗目前尚无指南,治疗方法主要参考文献中的病例报告。随着医学技术的不断发展,妊娠期胶质母细胞瘤治疗面临着越来越多的伦理挑战,如何制定合理的治疗方法成为了临床工作中必须面对的问题。临床医生在治疗时必须充分考虑到患者与胎儿双方的安全,尊重患者的自主权和知情同意,并经过严格的伦理审查。因此,良好的沟通,尊重患者的意愿,多学科的团队合作是获得更好疗效的关键。通过对妊娠期胶质母细胞瘤治疗中的伦理思考,笔者提出一种决策算法,为医生和患者提供科学、个性化的决策依据。

There are currently no established guidelines for the treatment of gestational glioblastoma(GBM),and the treatment methods mainly refer to case reports in the literature.With the continuous development of medical technology,the treatment of gestational GBM faces increasing ethical challenges,making the formulation of appropriate treatment strategies a critical issue in clinical practice.Clinicians must carefully balance the safety of both the patient and the fetus during treatment,respect the patient's autonomy and informed consent,and undergo strict ethical review.Effective communication,respect for the patient's wishes,and multidisciplinary teamwork are the key to achieving better treatment outcomes.Through ethical reflections on the treatment of GBM during pregnancy,the authors propose a decision-making algorithm that provides scientific and personalized decision-making basis for doctors and patients.
