回顾高校思政课程和课程思政建设历程,大致经历了“因势而新”的课程思政理念提出阶段、“因事而化”的同向同行协同育人路径探索阶段和“因时而进”的“大思政课”建设格局形成阶段。高校在统筹推进思政课程和课程思政建设政策演进中,始终围绕“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”这个根本问题,科学回答本源之问、方法之问和方向之问,以培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人、构建全员全过程全方位的育人格局和“为党育人、为国育才”的初心使命为价值遵循。为此,深化高校统筹推进思政课程和课程思政建设必须构建思政课程和课程思政“协同育人共同体”,按照“目标趋同、价值共同、行动协同”的理念,增强高校统筹推进思政课程和课程思政建设“协同育人共同体”意识,优化“协同育人共同体”结构和整合“协同育人共同体”力量,最终实现高校思政课程和课程思政建设同向同行、同频共振、协同育人。
