干细胞疗法应用于海绵体神经损伤性勃起功能障碍的研究进展

Research progress of stem cell therapy in the treatment of cavernous nerve injury-induced erectile dysfunction

海绵体神经损伤性勃起功能障碍(CNIED)是男性性功能障碍的常见临床类型,其发病机制复杂、治疗手段多样,但临床疗效参差不齐。干细胞疗法作为一种新兴的治疗手段,可通过移植干细胞促进神经再生、血管生成和组织修复,具有治疗CNIED的潜力。本文综述了干细胞疗法在CNIED中的应用,为深入研究干细胞治疗CNIED的潜在作用提供参考。

Cavernous nerve injury-induced erectile dysfunction(CNIED)is a common clinical type of male sexual dysfunction,which has a complex pathogenesis and the treatment methods are diverse,but the clinical efficacy is uneven.As an emerging therapeutic approach,stem cell therapy has the potential to treat CNIED by promoting nerve regeneration,angiogenesis and tissue repair through transplantation of stem cells.This paper reviews the application of stem cell therapy in CNIED to provide a reference for in-depth research on the potential role of stem cells in treating CNIED.
