摘要
针对大断面切眼巷道掘进过程中顶板离层严重、表面位移变形量大等难题,以安徽省皖北煤电任楼煤矿72513工作面切眼为研究对象,开展大断面切眼巷道围岩控制技术研究,利用Fl AC3D软件对不同的支护方案进行了数值模拟,通过分析不同支护方案的预应力场分布规律,最终确定锚杆网索联合支护方式,并对支护参数进行优化,且进行现场施工。对巷道变形进行现场监测,结果显示,该支护方案有效的抑制了围岩变形,达到了很好的支护效果。
In response to the challenges posed by severe roof separation and substantial surface displacement deformation encountered in the excavation of large section open-off cut roadway,No.72513 open-off cut at Renlou Mine was taken as the research subject,and the research on surrounding rock control technology of large section open-off cut roadway was carried out.The numerical simulation of different support schemes was carried out by using FlAC3D software.By analyzing the distribution law of prestress field of different support schemes,the combined support mode of bolt mesh cable was finally determined,and the support parameters were optimized,and the field construction was carried out.With on-site monitoring of roadway deformation,the results showed that the support scheme effectively suppressed the deformation of surrounding rock and achieved a good support effect.
