光瓦测定误差校准模型研究及效果分析

摘要 针对黑龙煤业2201工作面“光瓦”测定受多类因素影响,易产生误差的情况,结合矿井地质资料及瓦斯浓度数据,运用现场实测及理论分析的方法,提出“光瓦”测定校正公式。研究结果表明:“光瓦”测定误差主要受气体组分、温度和压力、人员、药品和校准零点环境变化等因素影响,基于氧气、一氧化碳和氮气等主要气体提出校准公式,数据校正后利用气相色谱仪分析,确定最小校正误差0.000 28,最大校正误差约0.327,大部分差值在0.01~0.04,校正后数据同瓦斯检验设备相差不大,表明校正结果的有效性。 In view of the situation that the determination of'light tile'in 2201 working face of Heilong Coal Industry is affected by many kinds of factors and is easy to produce errors,combined with the geological data and gas concentration data of the mine,the method of field measurement and theoretical analysis is used to put forward the correction formula of'light tile'determination.The results show that the measurement error of'optical tile'is mainly affected by factors such as gas composition,temperature and pressure,personnel,drugs and calibration zero point environmental changes.Based on the main gases such as oxygen,carbon monoxide and nitrogen,the calibration formula is proposed.After data correction,the gas chromatograph is used to determine the minimum correction error of 0.00028 and the maximum correction error of about 0.327.Most of the differences are within 0.01-0.04.The corrected data are not much different from the gas inspection equipment,indicating the validity of the correction results.
