大数据背景下近50年国内疾病史的相关文献研究

Research on the History of Diseases in China over the Past 50 Years Based on Big Data Analysis

分析大数据背景下近50年国内疾病史的相关文献,以明晰我国对疾病史研究的程度与特点,为未来的疾病防控研究提供方法学指导和数据支持。对中国知识资源总库、万方数据学术论文总库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、超星中文发现等数据库进行文献检索,以统计分类等方式获得了可视化数据,并对疾病研究领域、研究内容及研究热点等进行系统梳理,研究重点主要以传染病为主。北京、上海两大经济、医疗、文化发达城市是疾病史研究的主要地区,中国中医科学院及北京、上海的中医院校等教学科研机构是疾病史研究的主要力量。通过发掘相关文献大数据背后的规律性和相关性,可以更好地了解和分析50年来我国疾病流行的趋势和发病原因,便于制定更加精准和科学的疾病防控措施。

In the context of the big data era,relevant papers on disease history in China over the past 50 years are analyzed to clarify the degree and characteristics of disease history research in China,so as to provide methodological guidance and data support for future disease research.Based on databases,such as the China Knowledge Resources Database,Wanfang Data Academic Paper Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full text Database,and Chaoxing Chinese Discovery,literature searches were conducted to obtain visual data through statistical classification and other methods.The research fields,content,and hotspots of diseases are sorted out.The research focus is mainly on infectious diseases.Beijing and Shanghai with developed economy,medical treatment and culture,etc.,are the main areas of disease history study,and the teaching and research institutions such as China Academy of Chinese Medicine and Chinese medicine colleges in Beijing and Shanghai are the main forces for the study of disease history.By exploring the regularity and correlation of the big data of relevant papers,we can better understand and analyze the epidemic trend and causes of diseases in China in the past 50 years,and facilitate the development of more accurate and scientific disease prevention and control measures.
