基于文本情感分析的地理标志农产品在线评论数据挖掘

摘要 地理标志农产品凝聚了人文和自然环境因素的双重影响,具有较高的品牌价值,并对农民的收入做出了重要贡献。随着电商渠道的普及,推广地理标志农产品可以带动经济发展。但是在推广地理标志认证过程中还面临多种挑战,其中买卖双方信息不对称是导致交易低迷和消费者满意度不足的重要问题。因此,本研究通过文本分析和LDA主题模型等方法,基于电商平台在线评论文本数据,构建逻辑回归模型,识别影响地理标志农产品消费者满意度的关键因素变量。同时,提出有针对性的建议,以促进地理标志农产品的良性发展。 Geographical indication agricultural products embody the dual influence of human and natural environmental factors,have high brand value,and make important contributions to farmers'income.With the popularization of e-commerce channels,promoting geographical indication agricultural products can drive economic development.However,there are still various challenges in promoting geographical indication certification,among which information asymmetry between buyers and sellers is an important issue leading to sluggish transactions and insufficient consumer satisfaction.Therefore,this study uses methods such as text analysis and LDA topic modeling to construct a logistic regression model based on online comment text data from e-commerce platforms,identifying key factor variables that affect consumer satisfaction with geographical indication agricultural products.At the same time,targeted suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of geographical indication agricultural products.
