摘要
“十四五”是实现碳达峰、推进碳中和的关键期,培养“双碳”管理急缺人才,提升“双碳”治理能力已成为国家刻不容缓的战略需求。当前,尽管很多高校纷纷启动双碳管理类专业的申报与建设,但双碳管理人才培养具有特殊性,如基于技术与管理双情境作用,具有明确(“双碳”)能力范畴指向的学科融合、专业交叉、“商科+技术+思维”能力复合,使得双碳管理类专业的建设存在相当的盲目性与挑战性。为此,本文在对“双碳”技术与管理领域的知识融合、专业交叉、技术与管理能力复合的实践特征予以辨识和分析的基础上,从政策与法规、环境与资源、组织与技术三个维度出发,提出了基于ESG评价标准与OBE教育理念高度结合的双碳管理专业建设路径与对策。相关研究观点以及对策建议对厘清双碳管理类专业的机制逻辑、优化双碳管理类专业的课程体系以及人才培养模式具有重要的借鉴价值。
The 14th Five Year Plan is a critical period for achieving carbon peak and promoting carbon neutrality.Cultivating talents in the urgent need for“dual carbon”management and enhancing the capacity for“dual carbon”governance have become urgent strategic needs for the country.Currently,although many universities have initiated the application and construction of dual carbon management majors,the cultivation of dual carbon management talents has its own characteristics,such as the integration of disciplines with clear(“dual carbon”)ability categories based on the dual context of technology and management,cross disciplinary specialization,and the combination of“business science+technology+thinking”abilities,which makes the construction of dual carbon management majors quite blind and challenging.Therefore,based on the identification and analysis of the practical characteristics of knowledge integration,professional cross disciplinary,and technical and management capability combination in the field of“dual carbon”technology and management,this article proposes a dual carbon management professional construction path and countermeasures based on the high integration of ESG evaluation standards and OBE education concepts from three dimensions:policy and regulations,environment and resources,and organization and technology.The relevant research viewpoints and countermeasures have important reference value for clarifying the mechanism logic of dual carbon management majors,optimizing the curriculum system of dual carbon management majors,and talent cultivation models.
