摘要
针对农用胎面胶的复杂应用环境,对天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶/丁苯橡胶并用胶配方进行性能改进,在此配方基础上加入芳纶浆粕短纤维母胶作为补强材料,探究其用量对胶料性能的影响。结果表明,芳纶浆粕短纤维母胶的加入使混炼胶的门尼黏度先增大后减小,对混炼胶的硫化时间影响不明显,可以提高橡胶的力学性能,但是过多的芳纶浆粕短纤维母胶的加入会由于分散性的原因影响材料的性能;加入3份芳纶浆粕短纤维母胶时,撕裂强度提高100.14%,磨耗体积下降10.59%,此时其为最佳用量。
In view of the complex application environment of agricultural tread rubber,the properties of natural rubber/butadiene rubber/styrene-butadiene rubber were improved by adding aramid pulp short fiber master rubber as reinforcing material in this formula,and the influence of its dosage on the properties of rubber was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of the mixed rubber first increased and then decreased,the vulcanization time of the mixed rubber was not significantly affected,and the mechanical properties of the rubber were improved.However,the dispersibility was poorer due to too much aramid pulp short fiber master rubber added,and the properties of the mixed rubber decreased.The tear strength increased by 100.14%and the wear volume decreased by 10.59%when adding 3 parts,which was the best dosage.
