摘要
选择了两种典型的进口烟片胶以及两种国内新研制的环保烟片胶进行了微观结构、硫化特性、物理机械性能、老化特性、制品疲劳寿命等性能的测试对比。结果表明,四种胶料的常温力学性能接近,高温性能保持率基本一致,1^(#)与2^(#)烟片胶的耐环境老化能力略优于3^(#)与4^(#)烟片胶,而3^(#)与4^(#)烟片胶的压缩生热更低,制品疲劳寿命更长。综合来看,以3^(#)与4^(#)为代表的国产新研制烟片胶能够达到以1^(#)与2^(#)为代表的进口烟片胶的性能表现,其综合使用性能更为优异。
Two kinds of typical imported ribbed smoked sheets(RSS)and two kinds of newly prepared domestic RSS samples were selected for comparison.The microscopic structures,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,aging properties and fatigue life of products were tested.The results showed that the mechanical properties of these samples at room temperature were similar,and the performance retention rate under high temperature was basically the same.The aging resistance of 1^(#)and 2^(#)rubber was slightly higher than that of the 3^(#)and 4^(#)rubber,while the compression heat build-up of 3^(#)and 4^(#)rubber was lower.Meanwhile,the fatigue life of 3^(#)and 4^(#)products was much longer.In a word,the domestic RSS sample could achieve the similar mechanical behavior of typical imported RSS rubber,and their comprehensive performance is even better.
