NDI型聚氨酯弹性体的合成及性能

摘要 采用1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)、聚己内酯(PCL)或聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)等为原料,用预聚体法合成聚氨酯弹性体,研究了多元醇种类及相对分子质量、预聚体w(—NCO)值及扩链剂对NDI型聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,PCL型弹性体的综合性能优于PTMG型弹性体,多元醇相对分子质量的增加有利于提高材料的拉断伸长率,预聚体w(—NCO)值的增加有利于提高弹性体的动态力学性能,适度交联可以得到综合性能较好的弹性体。 The polyurethane elastomer was prepared by the method of pre-polymer based on 1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate(NDI)and polycaprolactone or polytetrahydrofuran.The effects of polyols,relative molecular weight,the content of—NCO and chain extender on the properties of polyurethane elastomer were studied.The results showed that polyurethane elastomer had better mechanical properties based on polycaprolactone than polytetrahydrofuran.The elongation at break of materials can be improved with the increase of relative molecular weight of polyols.The dynamic mechanical properties of elastomers improved with the content of—NCO increasing.Polyurethane elastomer with moderate crosslinking performed better properties.
