注塑成型工艺对ABS树脂光泽度和色度的影响

Effect of injection molding process on gloss and chroma of ABS resin

采用不同的注塑成型工艺对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)进行注塑,研究了注射速率、注射压力和保压压力对ABS树脂光泽度和色度的影响。结果表明,ABS树脂光泽度的影响因素中,注射速率影响最大,保压压力其次,注射压力影响最小。注射压力升高,ABS光泽度提高2.2%;保压压力升高,ABS光泽度提高1.7%。ABS树脂色度的影响因素中,注射速率影响较大,注射压力次之,保压压力影响最小。注射速率升高,白度先升后降,最大波动幅度为3.8%;黄色指数先降后升。注射压力升高,白度先升后降;黄色指数先降后升。

The effects of injection speed,injection pressure and holding pressure on the gloss and chrominance of ABS resin were studied by different injection molding processes.The results showed that the sensitivity of ABS resin gloss to injection pressure was greater than that of injection speed.With the increase of injection pressure,ABS gloss was increased by 2.2%.With the increase of holding pressure,ABS gloss was increased by 1.7%.Injection speed had little effect on ABS gloss.When injection speed and injection pressure were respectively increased,ABS whiteness first increased and then decreased.The yellow index decreased first and then increased.Injection speed had great influence on whiteness,and the maximum fluctuation was 3.8%.The holding pressure had little influence on the colorimetry of ABS resin.
