中国共产党自我革命不是要把党的历史否定,把党的宗旨改变;而是在保持党的先进性纯洁性的同时,消除一切不利于党的发展、党的建设的因素,使党能够始终保持初心使命,不忘本来理想信念,始终与中国人民同呼吸共命运。中国共产党自我革命体现了以人民为中心的思想,是党对治乱兴衰规律百余年探索的最新成果,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的根本保证,是我们党区别于其他政党的显著标志,兼具主体要素和实践指向的复合概念,体现了中国共产党人在破解历史周期率问题上实现了党的建设的“合力”。中国共产党自我革命是一场高水平高质量的革命,不断全面推进党的自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高能力建设,锲而不舍整治“四风”,以严明纪律管全党治全党,一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐,将反腐败作为党自我革命必须长期抓好的重大政治任务是这场革命的实践要求。
