疏松砂岩水平井射孔完井工艺优选研究

疏松砂岩油气藏开发过程中突出的问题是油气井出砂情况严重,尤其是水平井存在井段长,井斜大等问题,在出砂后进行改造的难度更大。而选择合适的射孔完井工艺对降低油气井出砂的风险有重要意义,本文从出砂趋势预测、出砂临界压差分析、射孔工艺适应性、射孔方式适应性几个方面以实际井为例对压力疏松砂岩水平井射孔工艺进行研究,旨在射孔之初能够有效防砂同时为后续的进一步防砂工艺实施打下良好的基础。

The prominent problem in the development process of loose sandstone oil and gas reservoir is that the sand discharge of oil and gas Wells is serious,especially the problems of well length and large slope in horizontal Wells,so it is more difficult to transform after sand discharge.The appropriate perforation well completion process is of great significance to reduce the risk of sand out of oil and gas Wells,from the sand trend prediction,the critical pressure difference analysis,the adaptability of perforation process and the adaptability of perforation method,the further implementation of sand prevention process.
