NaCl胁迫下8个花生品种萌发期及苗期耐盐特性及评价

Germination Characteristics and Salt Tolerance Evaluation of Eight Peanut Varieties under NaCl Stress

摘要 本研究以近年来在新疆表现较好且具有增产潜力的8个花生品种为材料,采用多个萌发指标综合评价其耐盐特性,分析其在不同NaCl浓度胁迫下的耐盐特性。采用浓度梯度为0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,1.0%的NaCl溶液模拟盐胁迫条件,通过测定其发芽率、相对发芽势、发芽指数和盐害率以及苗期的干鲜质量比、根茎比等指标,结合模糊数学中隶属函数法对8个花生品种的耐盐性进行综合评价。结果表明:(1)随着NaCl胁迫浓度的递增,参试花生品种的发芽率和发芽指数总体呈下降趋势,且在各品种、各处理间表现差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)NaCl胁迫下花生种子的相对发芽势在各品种、各处理间表现差异显著(P<0.05),低浓度NaCl胁迫下,花生种子相对发芽势所受到的影响较小,中花16号、晋花10号及山花7号品种相对发芽势出现小幅度上升,但随着NaCl浓度的递增,其整体相对发芽势所受到的影响逐渐增大。(3)8个花生品种的种子胚轴、胚根、干鲜质量比值随着NaCl胁迫浓度的递增总体呈上升趋势,且在处理间表现出显著差异(P<0.05)。(4)各品种间干鲜质量结果显示,0.3%和0.5%NaCl胁迫处理有利于这8个花生品种幼苗干物质积累,但是不同品种对NaCl浓度的耐受性不同。采用隶属函数法综合评价出8个花生品种的抗盐能力为:天府18号>晋花10号>花育33号>花育25号>晋花7号>中花16号>山花7号>山花9号。YAO Qing1,2,CUI Hong-liang2,MIAO Hao-cui,LI Qiang3,JIA Dong-hai3,HOU Xian-fei3,GU Yuan-guo3(1.Institute of Crop Germ plasm Resource,Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Urumqi 830091,China;2.Institute of Agricultural Science of Ili Prefecture,Ining 835000,China;3.Institute of Economic Crops,Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Urumqi 830091,China) In this study,eight peanut varieties with good performance and yield potential in Xinjiang in recent years were used as materials,and their salt tolerance characteristics were comprehensively evaluated by multiple germination indexes,and their salt tolerance characteristics under different NaCl concentration stress were analyzed.NaCl solutions with concentration gradients of 0,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%and 1.0%were used to simulate salt stress conditions.The germination rate,relative germination potential,germination index,salt damage rate,dry and fresh mass ratio,root-stem ratio in seedling stage were measured,and the salt tolerance of eight peanut varieties was comprehensively evaluated by combining the membership function method in fuzzy mathematics.The results showed that:(1)As the NaCl stress concentration increased,the germination rate and germination index of the tested peanut varieties generally showed a downward trend,and there were significant differences among varieties and treatments(P<0.05).(2)The relative germination potential of peanut seeds under NaCl stress showed significant differences among varieties and treatments(P<0.05).Under low-concentration NaCl stress,the relative germination potential of peanut seeds was less affected.For varieties such as Zhonghua16,Jinhua10,and Shanhua7,their relative germination potential showed a slight increase.However,as the NaCl concentration increased,the overall impact on their relative germination potential gradually increased.(3)The ratios of hypocotyls,radicles,dry and fresh mass of the eight peanut varieties generally showed an upward trend as the NaCl stress concentration increased,and there were significant differences among treatments(P<0.05).(4)The results of the dry and fresh mass ratios among varieties showed that 0.3%and 0.5%NaCl stress treatments were beneficial for the accumulation of dry mass in the seedlings of these eight peanut varieties.However,different varieties had different tolerances to NaCl concentrations.Using the membership function method for comprehensive evaluation,the salt resistance ability of the eight peanut varieties was ranked as follows:Tianfu18>Jinhua10>Huayu33>Huayu25>Jinhua7>Zhonghua16>Shanhua7>Shanhua9.
