心通颗粒在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗冠心病中的应用效果分析

Application effect of Xintong Granules in percutaneous coronary intervention for coronary heart disease

目的 探讨心通颗粒在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗冠心病(CHD)中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年3月南阳市第一人民医院诊治的80例CHD患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,均行PCI,术后两组患者均口服美托洛尔缓释片,观察组加服心通颗粒。对比两组患者临床效果、心功能改善情况、血清炎性因子水平、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)、血清脂联素(APN)、同型半胱酰胺(Hcy)水平及心脏不良发生率。结果 观察组临床疗效优于对照组(95.00%vs77.50%,P<0.05);观察组患者心功能指标左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每博输出量(SV)高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)低于对照组;CIMT、Hcy水平显著低于对照组,APN水平显著高于对照组;炎症因子C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),心脏不良事件发生率低于对照组(5.00%vs 25.00%,P<0.05)。结论 PCI治疗的CHD患者,采用美托洛尔缓释片联合心通颗粒治疗,可提高患者心功能状况,改善颈动脉内膜中层厚度,降低炎症因子水平,临床疗效较单独给予美托洛尔缓释片更好。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Xintong Granules in percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 80 CHD patients diagnosed and treated in Nanyang First People's Hospital from June 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups underwent PCI,and after surgery,patients in both groups were orally administered Metoprolol Sustained-Release Tablets.Patients in the observation group additionally received Xintong Granules.Clinical effects,improvement in cardiac function,serum inflammatory factor levels,coronary artery status,and incidence of cardiac adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group(95.00%vs.77.50%,P<0.05).Cardiac function indicators such as LVEF and SV were higher in the observation group than in the control group,while LVESD was lower.The levels of CIMT and Hcy were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the level of APN was significantly higher.Inflammatory factors CRP,TNF-ɑ,and IL-6 were significantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of cardiac adverse events was lower in the observation group(5.00%vs.25.00%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For CHD patients treated with PCI,postoperative administration of Metoprolol Sustained-Release Tablets combined with Xintong Granules can improve cardiac function and coronary artery status,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and achieve better clinical efficacy compared to Metoprolol Sustained-Release Tablets alone.
