摘要
随着新能源汽车的普及,其充电续航成了主要难题,在充电时存在充电慢、成本高等诸多服务痛点。为构建软硬件结合的新能源汽车充电服务模式,文章首先对新能源汽车充电产品的特征进行分析,梳理该类产品的使用痛点。其次,采用利益相关者分析、用户旅程图和服务蓝图等服务设计方法,得出可行的设计机会点。最后,重新构建出系统的新能源汽车充电服务模式,并完成新能源汽车充电产品的设计实践。以期进一步拓宽新能源汽车充电服务模式,为新能源汽车充电产品的商业发展提供支持。
With the popularization of new energy vehicles,their charging range has become a major challenge,and there are many service pain points such as slow charging and high cost during charging.To build a new energy vehicle charging service model that combines software and hardware,the article first analyzes the characteristics of new energy vehicle charging products and sorts out the pain points of using such products.Secondly,feasible design opportunities are identified through service design methods such as stakeholder analysis,user journey diagrams,and service blueprints.Finally,reconstruct the new energy vehicle charging service model of the system and complete the design practice of new energy vehicle charging products.In order to further expand the charging service model for new energy vehicles and provide support for the commercial development of new energy vehicle charging products.
