人机交互视角下的通用航空自助加油装备设计

摘要 文章从人机交互视角探析通用航空自助加油装备的创新设计路径,旨在提升通用航空自助加油装备的交互安全及效率。首先,通过对通用航空自助加油装备作业流程的分析,提取作业人员的人机交互问题。其次,基于Fogg行为模型,从能力、动机和触发点三方面构建人机交互设计影响因素体系。再次,结合AHP与DEMATEL方法综合分析影响因素的相对重要性和相互影响程度,量化设计因素的综合权重并确定优先级,以指导设计过程的优化和改进。最后,基于分析结果,对加油装备的人机交互部件进行设计优化。该策略有效地处理了通用航空自助加油装备的人机交互需求信息,使产品操作更加舒适、便捷,为通用航空自助加油装备的人机交互设计提供了新的思路和方法。 This paper explores the innovative design path of general aviation self-service refueling equipment from the perspective of humancomputer interaction,aiming to improve the interactive safety and efficiency of general aviation self-service refueling equipment.Firstly,through the analysis of the operation process of general aviation self-service refueling equipment,the human-computer interaction problems of operators are extracted,and secondly,based on the Fogg behavior model,the influencing factor system of human-computer interaction design is constructed from three aspects:ability,motivation and trigger point.Combined with AHP and DEMATEL methods,the relative importance and mutual influence of influencing factors were comprehensively analyzed,and the comprehensive weight of design factors was quantified and prioritized to guide the optimization and improvement of the design process.Finally,based on the analysis results,the design optimization of the human-computer interaction components of the refueling equipment was carried out.This strategy effectively deals with the human-computer interaction demand information of general aviation self-service refueling equipment,makes the product operation more comfortable and convenient,and provides new ideas and methods for the human-computer interaction design of general aviation self-service refueling equipment.
